HATHA yoga

Hatha yoga uses bodily postures and breathing techniques,
with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and
a clear, peaceful mind. It’s a slow paced practice.


Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga is a very dynamic stylee of yoga,
which synchronizes breath and movement. It helps cultivate
balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.

YIN yoga*

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with mostly seated
poses that are held for a longer period of time. It applies
moderate stress to the connective tissues with the aim of
increasing circulation and flow of energy in the joints and
improving flexibility. This practice quiets the mind
and prepares the body for meditation.

This way we can provide you with the best service and availability.

Private classes (max. 2 persons) are given between 9.00 - 22.00.
A surcharge of 50% between 6.00 - 9.00 and 100% between 2.00 - 6.00
